Business Development Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Building on our excellent reputation, BrightLime is looking for an exceptional individual to support and sell our market leading solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, communicating the product through high quality demonstrations and building awareness of BrightLime in the market.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can share the passion we have for our products and who can contribute to our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate sales opportunities
- Achieve sales growth targets
- Work closely with all existing BrightLime departments
- Build and maintain an ever-growing new business database and pipeline
- Represent the BrightLime business at industry events
Person Specification:
- Worked within the leisure industry (not essential)
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional presentation, negotiating and influencing skills
- Take ownership and responsibility of their work
- Team mentality
Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent communications skills and must have energy and a passion for delivering great service.
Candidates must be in a position to travel to customers sites on a regular basis.

Selected candidates will be offered a telephone interview. From the telephone interview, we will quickly select a short list of second stage applications. Second stage candidates will be asked at interview to undertake a presentation (lasting no more than 20 minutes). There may be a final personal interview prior to employment offers being made to selected candidates.
